About Zinck's

Welcome to Zinck's Fabric Online!

Dear Customers,

Welcome to ZincksFabric.com. I want to thank our loyal customers for all the input over the years and for your patience while we put this online shopping experience together.

I know many of you are familiar with our outlet stores and may be expecting the same shopping experience. We are launching the website with around 2000 different fabrics, including a lot of quilting prints and basics, fleeces, flannels, decorator and apparel fabric. Over the next few weeks and months we will be adding more fabric and more categories. In time we plan to offer a much larger online selection, similar to what you'll find at our outlet stores. So if you aren't seeing a certain item you're looking for, please check back soon. Our inventory will be changing weekly as we find more great fabric, and see more information on what our customers are searching for.

Thank you for your business. We look forward to growing this site with you while still offering the level of service you've come to expect from Zinck's Fabric.

History of Zinck's Fabric Outlet

Zinck's In Berlin was started in a two story house on Main St. in 1979 located in Berlin, Ohio. Alan and his wife Monika lived on the second floor of the house while Alan sold fabric out of the main floor. In the early years Monika worked as a nurse at the local hospital to support them while Alan got the fabric business up and running. As the store business increased Alan saw an opportunity to open up a wholesale warehouse and sell fabric to other stores outside of the Berlin area.

Now after 34 years Zinck's Fabric has three retail stores and a wholesale warehouse that serves customers across the entire United States. Our unique way of doing business has made it possible for us to keep our fabric prices reasonable. Our customers have been very good to us over the years. We've had the pleasure of serving many people from all walks of life and look forward to what the future holds.

In July of 2015 the Zinck family sold the company to Nick Shrock, a long time employee and lifetime resident of the Berlin, OH area. Zinck's business model has not changed. We still believe in offering the best possible service, the best selection of fabric and trims, and some of the most competitive prices in our industry. After almost 4 decades Zinck's Fabric is a growing company that looks forward to what the future holds, while being always thankful for the customers who have gotten us to where we are today.
